Advanced Health Care of Landerhaven is looking for compassionate, committed *RN or LPN *to join our team of healthcare professionals and provide personalized care to patients. The *RN* or LPNwill administer and record medication and treatments, instruct nursing assistants on patient care, and corrdinate care with other medical professionals for patients as necessary. We need individuals dedicated to our mission, who have strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently as part of a team of individuals focused on providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
* Monitor and document patient's condition and progress.
* Report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
