The Italian Energy Management team is located in Milan, as part of the Air Liquide Italy Head Office, while the SIO Energy Optimization team is located near Lyon in France. The Energy analyst will work within the SIO Energy Optimization team, and work together with the Italy Energy Management team on specific local missions. Candidate Profile: Engineering or Business School background (Field of specialization: Energy, climate, power, engineering, business, finance) Ability to analyze and understand complex problems. Ability to speak and write in Italian. Ability to speak and write either in French or English. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or science, preferably related to energy or business. First experience in energy markets or industrial energy management. Strong data analysis skills from data cleaning to clear visualizations. Strong collaboration skills and ability to rally teams around shared goals. Ability to juggle multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment.
