Job Summary
We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our facility, including equipment maintenance and personnel management. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Shop Foreman or a history of strong leadership and organization.
Responsibilities

• Work alongside shop employees manufacturing product
• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
• Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
• Deliver feedback to management
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
• Inspect work for quality before it is sent to field
• Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in storefront, curtain wall, or aluminum framing systems is a plus
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman or similar position is preferred
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
