Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Craft and lead the financial strategy, aligning with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Manage the finance team with unmatched efficiency.
  • Oversee HR functions, championing talent management and organizational growth.
  • Lead Salesforce implementation and management.
  • Propel strategic finance initiatives, unlocking new avenues for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance, keeping us on the right side of laws and regulations.
  • Manage key vendor relations and collaborate with the commercial team.
  • Oversee facilities and real estate.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the finance and operational teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and plan finances, from budgeting to financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team.
  • Maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Align HR strategies with overall policies, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Navigate and manage the complexities of international financial compliance and reporting.

We're Looking For:

  • CPA, BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA preferred.
  • Proven CFO experience.
  • Expertise in strategic finance, operational management, and compliance.
  • Experience with HR functions and Salesforce systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Location:
Presence in NJ for a minimum of 3 days per week.
