As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing machine setups for production runs, utilizing your mechanical troubleshooting skills, and ensuring excellent communication within the team. Responsibilities
- Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are prepared
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during production, making necessary adjustments and repairs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any issues that may arise
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished products as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Prior experience in machine setups for production runs
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in packaging is highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
