Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. The primary responsibility of the Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the pool area. This includes enforcing pool rules, monitoring swimmers, and responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise.

Duties:
- Monitor swimmers and ensure their safety at all times
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or accidents
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to management
- Communicate effectively with patrons, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed

Experience:
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Familiarity with EPA, HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance management
- Ability to assess vital signs and respond accordingly
