Our client is seeking to onboard a skilled and innovative Project Architect to join our expanding team. This full-time role offers exceptional benefits within a dynamic and relaxed work atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of design principles, adeptness in preparing bid and construction documents, and proficiency in collaborating with Structural, MEP, and Site/Civil consultants to facilitate the submission of building permits and address inquiries from building departments.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional architecture experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized University in the United States.
• Current professional Registration(s) or actively pursuing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate, prioritize tasks, and oversee Structural, MEP, and Site/Civil consultants.
• Experience in client interaction, fostering and managing robust client relationships.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and generating construction documents.
