Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.

Job Summary

• Working in the field performing landscaping related services as listed, but not limited to.
• Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish
• Mowing with a zero turn, walkbehind mower, string trimmer and blower.
• Mechanical and herbicide weed control.
• Performing spring and fall cleanups, mulching, pruning, and maintaining landscaped beds.
• Winter months preparing for snow removal, ability to drive a sidewalk clearing machine, run a snow blower, shovel as needed, apply deicing materials.
• Supervise and train landscaping crew members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Top 3 Required Skills

• Commercial and residential mowing experience
• Operating a zero turn mower
• Snow removal experience ability to drive a trailer and small dump truck.

Preferred but not required skills

• Using skid steer or backhoe a plus
• Hardscaping experience
• Herbicide application license or related experience

• Education: high school
• Years of work experience: 2
• Drivers License: Yes

Qualifications

• Adapting to the Award way of landscaping.
• Working cleanly and efficiently.
• Accurately entering and logging into our software.
• Able to work on a crew and take direction and critique from management.
