**Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental reception, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be proficient in office management tasks. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

-Make 20-50 outgoing calls a day to patients

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Transcribe notes and messages accurately

- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and correspondence

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Maintain a tidy reception area

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role

- Knowledge of Google Suite or similar software

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with office management procedures

- Experience in medical or dental reception is a plus
