The Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel is looking for a housekeeping room attendant. The purpose of this position is to provide and maintain exceptionally clean and neat guest rooms. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working on a team and treats co-workers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Position Duties:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and order in a timely manner.

• Stock carts and closets with required linens and supplies.

• Remove dirty linen, dishes, and garbage from carts, closets, and hallways at the end of each shift.

• Ensure all rooms and items in the rooms are in good working order.

• Provide guest assistance. Fulfill special requests in person or with the assistance of other staff members. 

• Solve and resolve concerns or complaints to the guest’s satisfaction upon initial contact whenever possible or with the assistance of other staff.

• Monitor equipment and facilities and promptly report any situation that could result in potential loss, damage, injury or other liability to individuals or company property.

• Responsible for proper key, room, and property security procedures.

• Clean common areas and meeting rooms when requested.

Position Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.• Represent company in a friendly and professional manner.• Ability to speak and understand the English language adequately to communicate with guests and other staff.• Must have flexible work schedule including weekend availability.
