The Inventory Specialist Cycle Counter role is responsible for inventories components, raw materials, and sub-assemblies based on MRP/ERP directives.

What You'll Do:

Performs daily counts, monitor and maintains current inventory levels based on established "ABC" codes for both production lines and in warehouses(s).
• Applicant needs strong analytical, problem solving, and decision -making skills. Publish daily count results, research inventory discrepancies and initiate solutions.
• Maintain databases, perform physical counts of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Verify Inventory shortages and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including setting up counts, entering counts using Microsoft D365 and Warehouse Management System "WMS" mobile device.
• Assist in resolving receiving shortages and assist Procurement department in maintaining and improving all inventory replenishment systems.
• Provide back-up support for supply chain functions and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support production including recommending solutions to improve accuracy.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.

Who You Are:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, and inventory management.
• Proficient with Office, Excel organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to influence others and manage conflict in a manufacturing environment.
