We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Associate to join our Racing Miami Las Vegas North Premium Outlet team! As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide product information and recommend products based on customer needs
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time
• Passion for customer service and sales
