Job Overview:

Duties:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Provide assistance during medical procedures and treatments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive patient experience

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is a plus
- Understanding of physiology and human anatomy
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks is desirable

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
