Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate and manage projects, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Serve as a receptionist for dental or medical office, if applicable
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proficiently use Google Suite for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers, if required
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles using QuickBooks or similar software

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
