Job Overview:

We are looking for more cleaning technicians to join our team! You will be trained on and responsible for cleaning commercial facilities as well as residential homes and apartments. We have extremely high standards because of this; you will be paid based on our fairly sophisticated P4P Bonus system; the better and faster you work, the more money you make. If you do not pay attention to detail and can't work efficiently, then you won't make very much money.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas

- Change bed linens

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

- Assist with organizing and decluttering as needed

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Adhere to customer preferences and special instructions

Experience:

- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to provide excellent customer service

- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning practices is a plus

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Good physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting

- Effective communication skills
