IPC is seeking a Data Specialist is responsible for the quality, integrity, and management of proprietary supply chain applications data, ensuring that the organization's supply chain data remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for entering new data into the master data system and ensuring its accuracy. Regularly update and maintain existing master data records, reflecting any changes or corrections.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the master data.
• Enforce data governance policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with data management standards.
• Collaborate with data analyst/specialists and other relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with data owners and subject matter experts to resolve data-related queries and issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data entry procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues promptly, working with IT and other relevant teams.
• Generate regular reports on supply chain data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Create Dashboards and visualization reports with Tableau and/or Power BI.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to analyze data in excel, Smartsheet, or other database and provide summary level reporting.
• Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and with multiple disciplines
• Should be self-motivated, goal orientated, quality driven, team player yet capable of working independently with little supervision
• Knowledge of variety of computer software applications including project management, word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in computer science, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related STEM field, Master Degree is a plus
• Experience creating visualization Dashboard in Tableau and Power BI or similar data analytic tools
• General knowledge of the foodservice supply chain is a plus
• Excel and analytic skills
• Ability to create and run Power Query a plus
