Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Front Office Manager oversees all non-clinical employees and directs, supervises and coordinates all aspects of front office daily operations, with a focus on providing support to medical providers and ensuring patient satisfaction for high-level, quality healthcare. We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized and possesses experience in people development, management and RN level nursing care. Maintains accountabilities for all functions of the practice, ensure policies and workflows are clearly understood and followed by all employees of the clinic.
This position is responsible for providing oversight regarding the following:
-medical provider administrative support
-positive patient relations
-daily operations of clinic
-holding employees accountable to high performance standards
- hiring and retaining clinic staff, training, coaching and mentoring of employees
-managing the culture of the clinic to ensure high quality patient care and a positive, team-oriented work environment
-communicating with Medical Director on daily operations, staffing concerns, patient concerns, achievement of long-term organizational goals, etc.
-implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for practice and operational quality improvement
-assisting in front office duties and support staff as needed
Job Requirements:
-3-5 years of medical management experience
-Bachelor's degree
-Unencumbered registered nurse(RN) state license
