Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for data entry calculations
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred
