We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic Olson Superior team! The selected individual will perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Attend department trainings, as scheduled
- Follow customer interaction process to build rapport
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Prepare written cost estimates for additional work
- Collect payment for work completed
- Provide 5-star service and request customer reviews
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Keep your truck and equipment clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
