**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing Fire Sprinkler documents, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

**Duties:**

- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to estimate project costs accurately.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to assist in the estimating process.

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed.

- Assist in value engineering efforts to control project costs without sacrificing quality.

- Maintain documentation of all estimates and related correspondence.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in Construction estimating and project management.

- Proficiency in software tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.

- Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively.

- Knowledge of cost control procedures and strategies.

- Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
