Operate vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic laws, Company Vehicle Policy, federal and state regulations.

Follow guidelines for vehicle maintenance, reporting vehicle malfunctions and traffic accidents, etc.

Immediately report any hazardous conditions, accidents and / or incidents with residents.

Maintains cleanliness of vehicle both interior and exterior.

Maintains proper forms in vehicles.
