Kampar is a forthcoming Restaurant & Bar from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca. We are opening in the March of 2024 in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Kampar is a combined concept that incorporates a high volume, fine casual dining restaurant centered on Malaysian and Hakka Chinese cuisine, with an emphasis on telling the stories of underrepresented cultures
We are in search of committed industry professionals, who are motivated to work in a locally sourced, high volume, team oriented program. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of and passion for service, along with a desire to learn and grow.
Who we are looking for:Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in service. They will be:
Dependable
Motivated to learn
Committed to working as a team member
Comfortable with stairs
Possess excellent communication skills
Able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night
Have cocktail and wine knowledge
Proficient in Toast POS
Base pay starts at $15/hour, plus tips (we are a fully pooled house). Benefits and PTO will be available for ALL full time employees.
