2nd OR 3rd shift, Mon-Fri, Experienced Spinner / Winder Operator $19/hr DIRECT HIRE WITH FULL BENEFITS (ANDERSON SC)

We are looking for that hits 1 - 5:

1. Someone who is more than just a machine operator that simply presses buttons, we are seeking someone with a track record of having diverse responsibilities in manufacturing that require strong job management & decision-making skills

2. Someone who can work at a fast pace but still have attention to detail and strong eye for quality

3. Someone that has good longevity with past employers and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience

4. Someone mechanically inclined that loves problem solving (loves to work on cars, is a handyman or woman around the house, sews as a hobby, or has done equipment repair work etc.

5. Doesn't mind loud/noise environment.

Position: Spinner / Winder Operator Department: Yarn Manufacturing (DIRECT HIRE)

Starting pay: Spinner Winder - $18.21 $1 per hour shift premium for those not working 1st shift.

If you are seeking a full-time/DIRECT HIRE opportunity. We have 8hr shifts available for 2nd and 3rd shift.

• 2nd shift schedule Monday - Friday 3 or 4pm to 11pm or 12am (8hr shifts). Weekend help as needed.

• 3rd shift is the same but going in at 11pm or 12am and getting off 8 hours later.

Responsible for the quality and production of spun bobbins from the Spinning process and, upon completion, are then transported to the Winding process. The operator is responsible for producing quality winding packages.

Main Responsibilities include

1. Follow company policies and safe work practices to prevent injury to yourself and other associates.

2. Immediately correct unsafe behaviors and immediately correct/report any unsafe work condition.

3. Immediately report any work-related injury to your Shift Leader.

4. Operate machines as instructed to provide high-quality spun bobbins and the spinning process and ensure quality packages are produced at the winding process.

5. Repair ends that are down at spinning and ensure a clean work area.

6. Repair yellow button stops at the winding process to prevent standing positions.

7. Monitor the CBF station for proper bobbin travel.

8. Cycle jobs and keep all bobbins and cones off the floor.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience: 2 years in a manufacturing environment with textile machine operating experience.
