### Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or those requiring specialized care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ### Responsibilities: - Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors - Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Document client progress and report any significant observations or incidents ### Skills: - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors - Knowledge of caregiving systems and best practices - Familiarity with dementia care and strategies for managing challenging behaviors - Ability to lift and assist with transfers as required - Proficient in providing home care services, including personal care tasks - First aid certification is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care, we would love to hear from you.
