Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, possess excellent leadership skills, have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as have experience in social media content creation and event planning.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring efficient kitchen and inventory management, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, asissting in social media managent, as well as assisting with event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front of house activities.

- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service.

- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.

- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist in social media management.

- Assist in event planning and coordination.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for inventory tracking and reporting purposes.

- Knowledge of hotel/restaurant software systems is a plus.
