**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the upkeep of machinery and equipment, and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. **Duties:** - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies - Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary parts and supplies - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair - Train new maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols **Skills:** - Proficiency in high voltage and low voltage systems - Strong supervisory skills with experience in maintenance management - Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery, including logic controllers - Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Electrical skills for working on electrical systems If you possess these skills and are looking to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as a Maintenance Supervisor, we encourage you to apply.
