Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, and other service inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Educate customers about our products and services to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
