This position provides accounting and analytical skills to support the financial reporting and payroll processing requirements.

Accounting/Payroll Clerk Primary responsibilities include:

• Accounts receivable billing
• General billing inquiries
• Revenue tracking and forecasting
• Monthly deposits
• Payroll Processing
• Assisting at the front desk and operation as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles through coursework and/or prior work experience
• Payroll processing experience, preferred knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of state and federal laws
• Hotel experience a plus
