Chick-fil-A is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented person who loves to serve others in a fast paced environment, to join our Night Time Shift Leader team.
The shift leader is responsible for putting the team into positions and setting the shift up for success. They need to be positive and encouraging to the team and mindful of breaks and changes that need to be made. They need to have the ability to identify issues and fix them as they arise to help the shift run smoothly. They also count the drawers, safe and reconcile the day at the end of the night.
Typically, the shift leader runs the shift 3-4 nights per week and spends the other 1-2 nights assisting another shift leader on duty. If a more part time role (3-4 nights closing as a shift lead without extra shifts) is preferred, we would be open to that option as well.
These people would learn all aspects of the kitchen and front of the restaurant from the ground up and then learn to lead the front of house shift. Our closing shift typically runs from 3:30pm-closing. We close at 10pm, so this person would need to be available until 11:30pm depending on the volume of business at the end of the night. Night Shift Lead pay starts at $17 however can be as high as $19 depending on experience.
These positions are typically full time and do require Saturday availability.
