Job Description:
As a Behavior Technician, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, implementing individualized treatment plans designed to promote positive behavior and skill development. Under the supervision of Behavior Analysts, you will play a crucial role in helping children progress and reach their goals. You will help our clients reach goals such as communication, adaptive skills, social skills, behavior management, independent living skills, and more.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Preferred)
• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities. (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and accept feedback.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to pass a national and state background check.

Hours:

• We accept clients Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Monthly staff meetings one Friday per month.
