RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new leads and sales in assigned territories via door knocking, networking, set company appointments and developing client referrals

- Perform roofing and exterior property inspections

- Inspect, scope, photograph, and estimate projects

- Provide clients with 5-star customer service, project updates and communications consistent with the Thompson Roofing and Reconstruction customer philosophy

- Consistently build and develop relationships with homeowners, businesses and/or the community

- Obtain deposits and outstanding balance of payment from clients

- Prepare and submit sales contracts and all necessary job documentation

- Maintain client files in company CRM

- Conduct business activity, at all times, in a manner consistent with the company's corporate culture

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

REQUIREMENTS, Skills, Abilities and MUSTS

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects and clients

• Experience using computer/tablet/phones for a variety of tasks including Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Google Doc, Google Sheets and Google Meet
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Sales or Business Development experience a plus
• Roofing, General Contractor, Construction or Restoration experience a plus
• Must have reliable transpiration and a driver’s license!
• Must have a Clean, Neat, & Professional appearance!
• Must be physically able to walk on roofs!
