Malley Transitional Care is seeking a full-time Nursing Unit Manager to join our team! This is a great company to work for and we would love to add you to our team! POSITION SUMMARY: To assist in the management and direction of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, the Director of Nursing and Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
