We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the Overnight Front Gate position at our facility. This is an important role that involves managing access to the premises during the late-night hours. Details of the position are as follows:

Position: Overnight Front Gate Staff

Working Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Days Off: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Hourly Rate: $14.50

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises during the designated shift.
• Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify identification, issue parking passes, and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the property.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any security or emergency situations.
• Collaborate with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or security-related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.

Please note that there may be occasions where personnel is needed to cover other shifts, providing opportunities for overtime work.
