Lead candidate exp with Test Strategy, Test Planning, Documentation, Risk Management

Automation - Strong Selenium background with Java skills

Designs, develops, maintain/modify, and troubleshoots selenium automated suites.

Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verifies fixes.

Must have experience in developing Selenium Automation frameworks.

Solid understanding of Selenium based tools such as Cucumber, Cypress

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions by implementing rigorous testing practices and adherence to industry standards.

Work Schedule: The RPA Test Lead will be expected to work in-office three days per week.

Nice to Have

Robotics Process Automation project experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) Preferred exp. in Microsoft Power Automate

Strong Knowledge with Jira XRAY or Zephyr

Understanding of the latest trends, standards, and developments

Strong experience with different SDLC methodologies

Soft Skills

Excel communication, Leadership, Attitude

Guiding automation teams in case of an issue
