Dental office Treatment coordinator

Are you a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills? Inspire Dental is seeking a dedicated and friendly treatment coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.

This is a fulltime position to work Monday through Thursday 8-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with a warm and welcoming demeanor, addressing patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information
• Checking patients in and out
• Verify dental insurance
• Treatment plan for implant, sinus lift, all on 4, etc.
• Treatment plan and financial agreement consultation

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with treatment planning implant and invisalign
• Experience Dental insurance
