Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly - Process payments accurately using POS system Experience: - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly - Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations is an asset - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within the food service industry.
