Duties
- To read the blueprints, layout and build the concrete project
- Assist with material lists for the job
- Manage crew and sub trades in field for our concrete project
- Communicate with the project manager and GC supervision
- Keep and log time cards with other job data.
-Work with the crew to build the project (this is a bags on position).
- Follow safety guidelines and construction schedules

-Reserve readymix, pumps, and other subs for pours

-Notify management when a change order is needed

- Check emails and procore for updates.

Skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and build from them.
- Knowledge and ability to form up and pour the different types of footings, walls, columns and flatwork

-Know grades and layout
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately budget time and resources for projects

- Good people leadership and communication skills

-Physically capable of working with crew in the field

- Basic technology and computer skills

- Maintaining a drivers license and good driving record for a company vehicle

We are a non union commercial concrete construction company. We form and pour projects locally varying from apartments, shopping centers, steel buildings, industrial buildings, mixed use, hotels and tilt ups. *Tilt up experience not necessarily needed.

After trial period, foreman are eligible for a company truck, gas card, bonus, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
