We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our congregation through music and worship. If you have a heart for worship, an unwavering love for God, excellent communication skills, and a desire to lead others in their spiritual journey, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Lead worship services and engage the congregation in meaningful worship experiences
- Select and arrange music for services, ensuring a diverse and balanced repertoire
- Coordinate with musicians, vocalists, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of worship services
- Provide leadership and direction during rehearsals and worship team meetings
- Mentor and develop worship team members, helping them grow in their musical abilities and spiritual walk
- Collaborate with the pastor and other ministry leaders to plan special events and services
- Create an atmosphere of worship that encourages participation and engagement from the congregation
- Educate the congregation on the purpose and significance of worship

```Qualifications```
- Strong musical ability with proficiency in playing an instrument (guitar, piano, etc.)
- Excellent vocal skills with the ability to lead congregational singing
- Demonstrated experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and connect with people of all ages
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- A deep understanding of worship theology and the ability to articulate it to others
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
