Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead looking for an interesting role in a newly purpose built manufacturing facility, where you will lead a team across multiple shifts?

This organization designs and manufactures products supplied across the US and internationally. A global organization with multiple locations, they are undergoing a period of massive growth and change across the business. Now they need a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team of maintenance technicians. You will be responsible for both the reactive and planned mechanical and electrical maintenance of the production lines, along with continuous improvements.

You will be a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader with knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Ideally you will also have knowledge of PLC fault finding, hydraulics and pneumatics.

The Role:

*Leading a team of hourly maintenance and process improvement technicians

*Responsible for reactive and pre planned maintenance of the production equipment

*Working on range of manufacturing equipment and production lines

*Mechanical, Electrical, PLC Fault finding, Hydraulics and Pneumatics

The Person:

*Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader

*Come from a manufacturing or production background

*Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance

*Ideally have knowledge of PLC Fault finding, hydraulics and pneumatics
