Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and processing appointments
- Dispatching service technicians to work sites.
- Contacting customers to confirm appointments.
- Coordinate the transportation movement of technicians.
- Maintain a schedule with the technicians routes and start locations.
- Forecast a workload for 2-3 days in advance.
- Respond to inquiries from clients related to jobs performed by technicians.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of dispatching experience
- Service Titan Experience; not required but a plus.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of the service area and routes
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$24/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidates salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
