**Exciting Opportunity in Anniston, AL for Team Leader** Are you ready to lead and inspire as a Team Leader in a thriving Keller Williams office in Anniston, AL? We are seeking a dynamic individual for this Full-Time position, focused solely on leadership without sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, familiarity with KW systems is a plus, and relocation to Alabama is required. **Ideal Candidate Profile** - Must be a high achiever with a history of success in leadership roles. - Demonstrates dynamism, charisma, and a strong presence. - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with others effortlessly. - Natural assertiveness, passion for people, and a sense of urgency in their actions. - Strives to establish the leading real estate company in the market, driven by the desire to influence others. - Shows influence by successfully recruiting agents to Keller Williams and or previous companies. - Aligned with the Operating Principal's vision and dedicated to Keller Williams standards. - Proficient in basic financial reporting and making strategic business decisions. - Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience. - Passion for continuous learning and team-building.

Compensation:

$70k-$90k expected first year earnings

Responsibilities:

What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead the Market Center
  • Implement OP’s vision
  • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
  • Lead the development of associates
  • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
  • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Weekly recruitment of sales associates through interviewing, selecting, and hiring processes
  • Communicate the Market Center's value and opportunities to all leadership and associates
  • Convey the Market Center's value proposition to potential recruits
  • Supervise the training of both new and experienced sales associates in crucial business areas
  • Take charge of leading sales and business meetings
  • Ensure staff maintains a high level of professionalism and job performance
  • Research competitors and formulate effective business prospecting and marketing strategies for competitive success

Communications/Interactions

  • Staff – To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks – daily
  • Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company – daily/weekly
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – When problems arise – weekly
  • Operating Principle/MCA – Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
