Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This position does not require any official nursing background (like an RN/LPN), but does require medical office experience. This individual will serve more in an administrative role, overseeing and guiding a team of medical assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to clients. This role requires expertise in personnel management, timely completion of tasks, and the ability to multitask. This individual will be required to fill in for other MAs from time-to-time.
Duties:
- MA Schedule
- Call outs
- Doctor Template Changes /MD off
- Supply Ordering
- IOP Supervision/training
- MA Training (New employee and veteran MA)
- Surgery Center Coordination
- Hospital Coordination
- Process/ Workflows (improvement/changes)
- Doctor Communications/ MA Communications
- CT Calibration Monthly
- CT Calibration Yearly Re-credentialing
- OSHA training
- Prior Auth Department
- Interview /Screening
- Yearly Reviews
- Coordinates with other departments
- Equipment maintenance/ repairs
- Disciplinary/Retraining etc..
- Coordinates Meetings
- Fill in/ if understaffed
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Experience in human resources, staff management
- Understanding of HIPAA/OSHA regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Ability to work with individuals and teams (front desk, billing, allergy, hearing)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
