Summary

will oversee the performance of the international inventory management and logistics of the Information Technology (IT We are seeking a pro-active, results-driven, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who is comfortable dealing with all international staff and C-suite executives.

Primary Duties

• IT Asset Management (tagging and distribution)
• IT Vendor Management
• IT Procurement (Scouting, Pricing, Purchasing software and other equipment)
• IT Inventory Distribution report for Finance
• Credit Card expense Report for Finance
• IT Special Projects (Matrix 42 Helpdesk System – Matrix 42 Patching System)
• Along with other assigned tasks and providing quality and timely technical support as needed.
• Researching vendors and managing vendor relationships.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with external partners and suppliers.
• Understanding of how to align service delivery needs with business goals.
• A willingness to work against KPIs.

Secondary Duties

• Manage and monitor inventory logistics for end-user computing equipment to meet client’s requirements.
• Interface with various Didi Hirsch departments to achieve high customer satisfaction Manage multiple functions including operational process improvement efforts, resolution of supply chain challenges, on-time delivery commitments, forecasting, business analysis, contract, reviews, and change management.
• Use multiple databases and ordering portals to perform data entry, monitoring, and tracking of all phases of quotes, purchase orders, and order fulfillment.
• Create and analyze daily high-volume data reports via advanced Excel reporting tools.
• Provide purchase order status information and vendor performance metrics.
• Resolve challenges with global vendors and expedite delayed orders

Position Requirements

• A proficiency in standard computer operations and common applications. (e.g., LANDesk, MS Project, Windows, MS Office Suite).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills; ability to take technical material and simplify material for the non-technical consumer.
• Strong interpersonal/oral and written communications skills.
• A commitment to team objectives and Didi Hirsch philosophies.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Current California driver’s license, car insurance and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.
