Randox Health California is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Quality Administrator
with exceptional communication and organizational skills, to be based in the Randox Health team in Santa Monica. This key role will support our lab-based, Reporting and Operations teams providing a high quality, wide ranging administrative support function.


Duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to our multiple teams
  • Manage bookings
  • Communication by phone and email to clients and customers
  • Raising and processing Purchase Requisitions in-line with the company policy
  • Stock control within the lab
  • Keeping our Quality Management System (Q-Pulse) updated with the most recent version of our SOPs
  • Assist in the monitoring of customer queries and trending of outcome of the query.
  • Attending department quality and technical review meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.


The Candidate

Passionate about our company ethos, you’ll have previous administrative experience from answering queries via email and telephone to booking appointments and managing calendars. This is a busy, hands-on, quality-focused role, so you'll need to be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload.

You'll be an excellent communicator and planner, with the ability to organise and manage a varied and busy workload. Flexible, positive and a problem solver, you'll also be discreet and able to manage confidential information.

The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.

Desirable:

  • The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in private/healthcare sector.
  • Clinical or Laboratory Admin experience
  • Regular compliance experience.
