Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment, including appliances, and electrical components
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
- Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for repairs or replacements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Appliance repair and maintenance
- Proficient in appliance repair, including troubleshooting and replacing parts
- Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to safely work with electrical components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience in field service or as a service technician preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
