Job Title: Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week.)
New Grad schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 8am-4pm and Tue/Thurs 11am-7pm
Experienced PTs schedule: Mon/Wed 11am-7pm and Tue/Thurs/Fri 8am-4pm
Job Location: 1874 Route 6, Space 18A, Carmel, NY (Putnam County; outpatient clinic)
Salary Description: $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
Physical Therapist responsibilities include
Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
Medical Specialties at the clinic include ortho, sports medicine, geriatric, gait and balance.
Adults and adolescence outpatient caseload.
Qualifications:
NYS Physical Therapist License
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Basic computer skills
CPR and first aid certification required
Must be familiar with treating post-op care, and overuse injuries. Knowledge of general outpatient orthopedic facility
