• Meet or exceed department daily weight sorting goals
• Maintain a clean work area by performing various clean-up tasks
• Ensure universal wastes are sorted and stored appropriately per company procedures
• Relieve other operations and complete necessary paperwork for proper documentation
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Adhere to all safety practices and procedures

• High school education or GED preferred
• Previous experience working in an industrial warehouse setting preferred
• Minimum 1 years industry experience preferred but not required

• Forklift Operator Training and Certification issued by IRT
• Participate in all Safety Training identified and assigned by IRT

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs; heavier items will be moved with partner assistance.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Balances team and individual responsibilities
• Ability to hit deadlines in a high energy fast paced environment
• Must be a reliable team member and safety orientated
