Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our internal employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests from employees via email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Assist with setting up and configuring new devices for employees, using Microsoft Deployment Tools and other technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and troubleshooting techniques.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science is desired but not required if you have equivalent experience and/or certifications.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Help Desk or similar role.

Job Type: Contract, Part-Time 3 days per week - 6 month contract

Pay: $20-$25/hr
