Job Classification: Full Time (Monday-Friday and every other weekend, 6:00am-2:00pm) and Part-Time (Evening and Weekend) positions available!
Starting Wage: $18.25/hr. Additional compensation for experience.

Green Hills is actively looking for hospitality-minded Assisted Living Associates, who have their CNA certification, to join our growing team! Assisted Living Associates assist with the personal care of tenants/residents and administration of medications under the delegation of a registered nurse; provides care as assigned by the charge nurse and does appropriate documentation on each tenant/resident to create a flow of continuing care; follows safety procedures and keeps the charge nurse informed of all relevant resident information through close observation. • Accurately document nursing care after assisting a resident, in accordance with community and regulatory standards.
• Timely report any changes in resident condition to the RN/LPN on duty.
• Perform and chart Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident's nursing care plan.
• Administer medication under direction of the RN/LPN on duty.
• Provide care through our Home Health program
• Treat each resident as an individual and address them respectfully.
• Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, monitoring food and fluid intake as well as physically assisting with dining as needed.
• Ensure resident rooms are kept clean and organized.
• Exhibit the highest degree of commitment to Person-Directed Care philosophy.

• Are 18 years old for eligibility to complete the Medication Manager course.
• Have obtained your CNA licensure, according to Department of Inspections and Appeals guidelines.
• Maintain a valid registration with the Direct Care Worker Registry.
• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a chauffeur's endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• Can assist residents in case of an emergency, including during evacuation procedures.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

ABOUT OUR ASSISTED LIVING DEPARTMENT:
CNAs in our Assisted Living Department, referred to as Resident Aides, help residents with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and medication management. They also provide assistance with laundry, housekeeping, and more.
