• 28 year old male with CP
• Every Thursday Day shift 7a-7p
• Client lives with his wonderful family in Eden Prairie.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to client
• Help maintain patients treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications

• RN or LPN Minnesota License
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
